- Eric L Kay, Forest Road Consultant, is an internationally
recognized authority on Forest and Industrial Roads and is versant with
the Forest Practices Code of British Columbia, Canada.

Government & Industry on subjects such as: Road Construction, Road
Maintenance, Safety, Road Deactivation, Deactivation layout, Equipment
operator training, Bioengineering, Best Management Practices, Controlling
Costs, and Forest Practices Code.

and Road Deactivation he specializes in problem terrain and
difficult situations. He acts as project manager and environmental
monitor.
- Explosives - Eric is
an expert in the planning in the use of explosives for deactivation of
roads where machine access is not possible, would be detrimental or would
be more costly. He also contracts out as a Blaster for deactivation
projects and specialized road construction or Blasting where control is
critical.

road construction/maintenance costs and trouble shooting road and slope
stability problems.
